The Gym

The gym is designed to suit everyone. The gym consists of two parts. The second part has safe weight pack and lever arms, free weights and dumbbells. The second part consists of aerobic equipment and exercise with your own body. Take a closer look at the device range with the 360´ demonstration.

You can access the gym with an electronic key, which you get for the first time from the reception of Scandic Eden Nokia, which is connected to the gym.

The gym is open daily from 06:00 until 23:00.
