For those who appreciate saunas, Scandic Eden Nokia offers pampering: try a traditional sauna, a wonderfully moist tropical sauna or a charming aroma sauna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For an additional fee, you can try the infrared sauna, whose heat rays have many health effects. Heat rays stimulate blood circulation and at the same time the body’s oxygen supply is improved and the body’s cells get more nutrients. Sweating removes waste products and other toxins that have accumulated in the body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
