Spa and Saunas

The refreshingly detached everyday life is completed by the magnificent renovated spa department. At the spa you can also enjoy drinks and snacks – our guests are served by the pool bar Pool Market and in summer Eden Beach. There is also a varied selection of water sports and swimming lessons.

SAUNA

For those who appreciate saunas, Scandic Eden Nokia offers pampering: try a traditional sauna, a wonderfully moist tropical sauna or a charming aroma sauna.

For an additional fee, you can try the infrared sauna, whose heat rays have many health effects. Heat rays stimulate blood circulation and at the same time the body’s oxygen supply is improved and the body’s cells get more nutrients. Sweating removes waste products and other toxins that have accumulated in the body.

Prices for the spa and sauna department

The spa fee for EdenGym customers is 10 € / time
In connection with the gym visit, the use of the infrared sauna is 5 € / time

Free use of the spa is included for hotel guests.

The pool area closes 30 minutes before the spa closes. During high season and public holidays, opening hours are announced separately.
